How Do I delete my account?

I am a first time filmmaker/film student in the process of submitting preliminary budgeting to my teacher. Unfortunately I feel the books I have read on the subject thus far are not terribly informative for what I want to do.

Whenever I click the "Post a local film" link I get a fatal error.

"Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 579152 bytes) in /usr/share/newenglandfilm-drupal/themes/engines/phptemplate/phptemplate.engine on line 118"

I am a commercial photographer shooting nationally with agent representation in NYC. I have been shooting for 14 years and now I am getting into video as well. Most recently have been traveling in
the Caribbean for Carnival cruise lines shooting all still images. I want to expand that and need to shoot some video indoors that is requiring lighting. Who do I talk to or hire? Do light guys come with their own equipment?
