Why aren't film schools teaching about the reality of production budgeting? Does this site have any credits?Wed, 01/25/2012 - 19:02 – TheadoranPosted in
Does new England film even have any credits? Who has gotten an acting job because of them? Why don't I know this? Are you responsible for any production or film jobs? 0 answer(s) Post your answerSubscriber BewareSat, 07/30/2011 - 09:52 – Larry MurphyPosted in
A year and a half ago, I signed up for ActorsonSet.com thinking that it would give me some added exposure on the west coast. The agreement I signed stated that if I was not totally satisfied with their service I could get a 100% refund, which was $98.90. I couldn't get back in touch with anyone, nor get my money back. They ripped me off. Come to find out, this company had done the same to many others. I filed a complaint with the Los Angeles Attorney General's Office, which in turn searched this company out. 0 answer(s) Post your answerHow and where can I get a headshot done?Fri, 06/25/2010 - 19:22 – conan2621Posted in

I'm a film student trying to find a way to break into the industry. I've been really good at editing for a while and I love making trailers, sometimes to get people into making a film with me I shoot a trailer myself. Since people really enjoy some of the ones I put together, they get really excited about making the movie with me. I keep looking up certain companies to try and apply as an intern, but the majority of them are based in L.A. and I live in Boston currently. What do I do? 0 answer(s) Post your answerTrademark / Copyright questionSun, 04/11/2010 - 18:57 – mrkfdPosted in
Hi all. Does anyone know where I can find information regarding the use of certain trademarks in a film? Specifically, I'm wondering if we're required to get permission from an auto manufacturer if a car's hood ornament or logo is visible in a movie. Thanks much! 0 answer(s) Post your answerHow does one get into the career of being a Script Supervisor?Wed, 01/27/2010 - 12:18 – smarek79Posted in
