Need an office for one day

Unpaid (Non-Union Only)

Quinland Productions has almost wrapped the production of the no-budget feature Fragile Beast, but we've hit a snag.
The office we had scheduled to use has fallen through, so we're looking for a basic functional office (desk, chairs, computer, papers) to shoot a few scenes taking place between the lead character and a detective. We need to do this on a Saturday or Sunday, for three or four hours, preferably in between Lowell and Boston. This is no budget filmmaking, but I'm willing to work out some form of compensation if you come through with something we can use.

Quinland Productions is currently producing a full digital feature.
We need to shoot a few scenes that happen on the rooftop of a building, possibly a building rooftop that overlooks an industrial zone so we can get footage of that as well. It's preferred that this building be in the eastern Mass. The northeaster region, say Lawrence, would be perfect.
Write to the email listed and explain what you can offer. If you can send photos that fit the description I gave even better. Thanks for your attention.

George Brown's Google Sniper System

N/A (Union & Non-Union)

George Brown, have you heard of this man, only he is the man that won $ 15000/Month with an autopilot system because it keeps Google Sniper System.
Post the entire system on the same October 15, 2009, that he personally used to build a pile of cash. This is not a system that will make you rich overnight but it certainly will help you make your first dollar online and increase slowly every month from $ 1 to $ 1000. Only the sky is the limit.

Production partners wanted

Unpaid (Non-Union Only)

I have a lean, taut suspense script that can be produced on low/no budget conditions, plus a few thousand dollars of my own money to invest.
I'm looking for one or two serious people to join me in a limited production partnership by either: matching the same amount of money I'll be putting down, or finding the needed things to produce the film. (filmstock, cameras, locations, etc.)
The more you can produce the more shares you earn in the movie.
Drop me a line and tell me about you, what you can do, and what you want to know about me.

Film Locations

Unpaid (Non-Union Only)

Local writer/director looking for various locations for independent feature film to be shot this summer in Maine. The closer to Portland area, the better, but we're willing to travel
Locations include:
One-room shack on farm field
Tilled, but not yet budding (or un-planted) farm field
Old Cabin in the woods (no electricity, maybe a hunting shack)
Old abandoned homes, preferably off the beaten path
The world in which the film takes place is desolate and run-down, so a beat-up and barely standing look would be perfect.

Rundown Kitchen or Studio Apartment Needed for Short Film

Paid (Union & Non-Union)

I am a Boston based filmmaker and I'm in need of an old rundown kitchen or studio apartment for use in my upcoming short film.
The older, darker, and more rundown the better. The location needs to be big enough for a small kitchen table with 2 chairs, and a few extra people (film crew) standing. A rundown and old studio apartment would also work. Old appliances, peeling paint, beat up floors, etc, would be ideal.
We anticipate needing the space for 2 days of filming, at 10 or 12 hours per day, but it could be less. Willing to pay for the use of the space, $100 per day.
