Massachusetts Film Office

The Massachusetts Film Office (MFO), a division of the Massachusetts Sports & Entertainment Commission, serves as the exclusive public-private partnership committed to attracting film and television production to the Commonwealth. A 501(c)3 organization, the MFO is responsible for coordinating the state’s film and television efforts in conjunction with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, legislative leaders, the state’s scenic cities and towns, AFTRA/SAG, IATSE, Teamsters, Boston Film Festival and production firms, as well as many other entities committed to generating additional economic impact for the state.
