Carter Thor Studios East: Guest Speaker Ann Baker and Free Audit of Acting Class

Ann Baker will be a special guest at Carter Thor Studios on Monday,November 17th at 6pm. Carter Thor Studios(http://carterthorstudio.com, http://www.thoreast.com) is an ongoing,weekly acting class that's located at 3 Church Street, 2nd Floor, in Harvard Square. The fee for non-studio members is $20, which allows you to attend the Ann Baker talk at 6pm and to audit the regular acting class which usually lasts until 9:30pm. All fees will be donated to the charity of Ann Baker's choice.

Ann Baker founded Ann Baker Casting in 1980. She served as casting director for several series and movies seen on ABC-TV, PBS, HBO, CBS,and NBC. She also spent six years as an Associate Casting Director for Boston Casting. Today, Ann Baker has established herself as a powerful presence in the Boston community. In addition to professional coaching, she has addressed audiences at Brandies University, Emerson College, Boston University, and Boston Conservatory on the Power of Presence. She also serves as the on-camera technique coach at the
Media Performance Institute in Boston.
