David Kruta is a designer, photographer and award-winning Director of Photography based in Boston, MA. The son of Czech political refugees, his lifetime has taken him through a variety of cultures, experiences and locations spanning two continents. David has shot feature and short films, television shows, commercials and music videos, borrowing heavily from his long career in graphic design and photography. He is intimately familiar with High Definition and Red cameras and workflows, and is always looking for new and inventive ways to capture the perfect image.

David is currently working with Blind Faith Pictures, Exile Movies and TSL Production on several film and television projects.
