Production partners wanted

I have a lean, taut suspense script that can be produced on low/no budget conditions, plus a few thousand dollars of my own money to invest.
I'm looking for one or two serious people to join me in a limited production partnership by either: matching the same amount of money I'll be putting down, or finding the needed things to produce the film. (filmstock, cameras, locations, etc.)
The more you can produce the more shares you earn in the movie.
