Film Marketing, Distribution, and Research Assistant

Independent filmmaker is seeking an assistant to come in 2 days a week to help market a film about a housing cooperative. The film has been broadcast nationally on the PBS series "Independent Lens," and has been screened in many film festivals. This is a great opportunity for anyone with a genuine interest in progressive causes.
You must be well organized and detail oriented. Some of your tasks will include tracking sales data, updating databases, and tracking our schedule. You will be doing research into academic journals and libraries to help marketing efforts.
Moreover, you will perform research to help us develop our next film.
Be familiar with Excel, Photoshop, and Macs.
