How do I find funding for this film??? / who and or where do I go???

In the sleepy California town of Martinez, A halloween party at the local cemetery goes bad and a young "Goth" girl (Kristen Black) goes missing... Kristen's best friend, Julia, having moved away, returns home to find her. however when it's learned a group of her mean spirited piers were the last ones to see Kristen... they start dropping like flies. Local Police, Lt. Watkins (Tom Knight) and Sgt. Michaud (Joe Michaud), suspect Julia of their murders. but when Julia's brother Danny and C.S.I. Skyelar Cross join the investigation... a twisted and equally grizzly trail of murder and mystery unfolds and... in an explosive climax the truth is revealed...
