Acting craft centers on several fundamental methodologies: actions and objectives which is the basis of American Method acting and the moment to moment observation work developed by Sanford Meisner. This workshop will introduce you to Meisner's moment to moment craft as the basis of staying alive and fresh, take after take on a film set, or night after night on stage. Observation exercises and states of listening become your keys to brilliant moment to moment work that is fresh and engaging. Through a series of progressive exercises, we'll explore this fascinating "partner" to actions and objective based technique to discover your essential spontaneity, key to playing a scene for the "first time, every time.
