I wanted to post the trailer of the movie we shot out on Cape Cod, but can't, why?

Whenever I click the "Post a local film" link I get a fatal error. "Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 579152 bytes) in /usr/share/newenglandfilm-drupal/themes/engines/phptemplate/phptemplate.engine on line 118"
