About Johnny Haddad

I am an authoritative team-leader and motivator, whilst also being an approachable team player. I have exceptional organisational, time-management skills with the ability to plan ahead, trouble-shoot and pay close attention to detail. Being an excellent communicator, with tact and diplomacy comes natural to me and I believe it is essential in routinely dealing with problems or even crisis situations. Throughout 12 years of "on the job" training, I've learned how to constantly prioritize assignments and how to juggle or multi-task which, as you know, is crucial. My dedication to any project is quite steadfast so working long and often unsocial hours has been the "norm" for the better part of a decade. I'm most proud to instill flexible and positive approach on set which should be a staple in any 1st ADs repertoire. With respect, loyalty, communication and organization I can do any job... and do it well!
