Online New England Film Festival

The 1st Annual Online New England Film Festival, presented by NewEnglandFilm.com, will launch as an online showcase of selected films from September 1, 2009 through October 16, 2009. The Online New England Film Festival will showcase shorts, animations, documentaries, and narrative films and videos under 30 minutes. Viewers will be able to post comments on films, share films with friends, and vote on their favorites.

An awards ceremony and screening will take place the weekend of October 17, 2009 in Boston, Massachusetts. The screening committee will select jury prizes in each category, and audience awards will awarded based on online voting results. The theatrical screening will showcase a selection of award winners in each category.

Our official call for entries will begin in January 2009.
